A Firenze, la città di Dante e Beatrice, si ripropone l'Apoteosi Enogastronomica dell'epoca dei Medici. La prima edizione della mostra della qualità vuole diventare un importante riferimento nazionale e internazionale nel settore dell'olio, del vino e della gastronomia. La Campionaria Fiorentina sarà aperta alle più recenti innovazioni tecnologiche, ma si manterrà allo stesso tempo custode della biodiversità-tipicità della grande tradizione agricola e di trasformazione produttiva italiana. Potranno essere ospitate nell'area monumentale e fieristica della Fortezza da Basso, che si estende per 50mila mq, fino a 4mila aziende e altrettanti buyers accreditati. Vinolio non sarà soltanto una fiera dove si vende e si compra, ma un evento dello spettacolo e della cultura mondiale che trova nella città di Firenze il suo palcoscenico ideale. |
Returning to Florence, the city of Dante and Beatrice, we welcome an enogastronomic celebration from the age of the Medici. With Vinolio in its first year, the expo hopes to become an important national, as well as international reference for the wine, olive oil and gastronomic sectors. More than 4,000 businesses and as many accredited buyers will be hosted within the 50,000 square meters of the Fortress. The Florence trade expo will be open to the most recent technological inventions, while at the same time maintaining ownership of the biodiversity typicality of agricultural traditions and the transformations in Italian production. Vinolio will not be just a trade fair for buying and selling, but a worldwide cultural event utilizing the city of Florence as its stage. |
